The Fruits of Breakfast

I love Canada! We are staying in a campground near the Niagra River and this area is just loaded with orchards and vineyards. The air smells sweet with fruit. It makes me happy just to breathe. Strawberries, blueberries and sweet cherries are in season here right now, and there are millions of peaches ripening on the trees next to our campground. I love going through strawberry season again. When we were on the coast we were eating peaches every day, and I can’t wait to have a 2nd peach season again while we’re here! Here are a couple of photos of today's breakfast feast. Adalaya made her's in the patriotic fashion - red, white and blue with some crunch.

  1. Seventeen laundromats!! Right on!

OK, what really inspires me is Niagara...now I really want to go there, and never did before!

Sounds like y'all are having a great time. Glad George didn't get bit by the snakes. I have all kinds of snarky comments, basically suggesting that if one is going to risk one's life for a photograph, perhaps one should be a better photographer? (Did George think he could escape my commentary? HA!)

I love the lines, "The air smells sweet with fruit. It makes me happy just to breathe." That's really beautiful...

    Much love to you all,
    Stephanie
